“Absolutely terrible. The tree looks absolutely nothing like this and created such a mess.
I have emailed to arrange a return and have had zero response. I have never complained and am bitterly disappointed. I wouldn't have responded to this email requesting a review had the company replied to me. Maybe now they will arrange my return and arrange my refund”
“Extremely fast delivery, Tree quite good for price. Score let down by the wat it was packaged. Box to narrow so getting tree out difficult and when out took ages to put up as branches flattened and quite a lot of the white had come off. Pity would have liked to give 5 star”
“Doesn’t look like picture. Very big gaps all round but I’ll fill those with large baubles, not enough lights for size of tree so I’ll have to add another set, loads of ‘snow’ fell off when I took it out of box. On the bright side the tree is super easy to put up and will be a dream to store as it comes in a flat box.”
“Great tree. problem was during the second night I had it up a leg broke and it collapsed. When contacted it took 2 days to respond to my email but they did send me another leg and it's now back up looking great. Two day response could be down to short of staff due to Covid so i would give them another chance and buy from them again.”
