“The lights themselves are good quality and just what we wanted. The customer service however is lacking. Took nearly two weeks to dispatch with zero communication and no reply to emails. I don’t mind a longer wait for delivery as long as I know they will arrive and are kept informed. If you are a small business and struggling to cope don’t take on too many orders.”
