“I ordered this on the 2nd December and it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. I've been asking for a refund ever since but being ignored and this company is keeping my money. They have now sent me an email to request a review of this item so here it is!!! Do not buy from this company. There is no customer service and they will keep your money and not deliver the goods.”

Â I can completely understand a delayed delivery in these times but you did not reply to any of my emails and turned off your telephone lines. Â Shocking service. “It is a nice Garland however the power cable is too short so you have to think carefully where you can place it. It would also be useful if it could be either turned off remotely or have a built in timer. However it has nice foliage and the lights are very bright with several options”
“Lovely Garland: really made Christmas come alive in the hall way! It is high quality not garish or overpowering but subtle and classy. Obviously there were issues with delivery and communication due to COVID etc but give this small company a break: COVID has affected everyone is every way possible.
