“I would give 5 stars for WeRChristmas and the tree. Delivery was sent out in 2-3 days. The tree is gorgeous and was a very reasonable price. I would recommend to friends.
I am giving 1 star (or 0) to ParcelForce, your courier. 2 attempted deliveries, no communication or notification on when delivery was expected, showed up 45 minutes earlier than expected on the incorrect day so missed delivery again. On the day they confirmed they would deliver and I worked from home, the tracking page wasn't updated at all and delivery was not attempted. I had to go to the depot where I was first told parcel wasn't there, when I insisted, it was found. And cost me £25 on a taxi to pick it up myself after 3 failed deliveries.
The tree was great quality and I would have considered buying a wreath and garland, but because of the nightmare delivery, I wouldn't purchase again. I would suggest changing courier.”
“We thought the whole tree was made of Balsam Fir; however, there are different types within hence the 4 star. Nonetheless, the tree looks good and realistic.”
