“I can't fault the service from We r Christmas. After ordering my tree in the January sales, I then came across the reviews on Facebook and trust pilot - I was immediately concerned. However, the tree arrived quickly with no issues. I've only assembled it quickly to check it was all there and the lights were working - I didn't 'fluff' the branches. I'm really happy with the tree and I can't wait to see it in all it's glory in December! We opted for the 7ft version - it's very heavy but was easy to assemble. I'm sorry for all the people that have experienced problems with late/wrong deliveries and lack of customer service but in my instance, everything was very smooth and efficient.”
