How did this ever pass quality control?

Cheap, nasty and unacceptable condition.
Literally nicer items found in cheaper shops.
You are only allowed to attached 4 photos, so could not show all everything.
Customer service is good and responded fast.
They offered money off, firstly not enough and secondly who would want these in this condition. They had seen the pictures of the condition of them.”
