“Have sent a message. Love the tree, but the way the box was taped up it looked like a return, as two of the stars laid in the box, one had broken fastener, other had come completely out just the wires. To save time on returning tree, as we only had a chance to open this morning since delivery, if we could have two new stars, rather than mess about and return.”
“I was initially skeptical of buying this tree because the ones I've bought in the past at different stores and from mainstream supermarket looks tacky...cheap and plastic.
I was pleasantly surprised with this tree. The kids love it. The tree looks realistic and I love the lighting because they are easy on my eyes (others ones I've had in the past gave me headache).

“We did eventually receive our tree a couple of days before Christmas - 12 days after the due delivery date - but we must say it is a really pretty tree. All we did to dress it was to add some sparkly white baubles because it didn’t need anything else. It would have been nice if we had had some communication from this company though, just to put our mind at rest that we were actually going to receive it.”
