“Really slow delivery even though I paid for next day, customer service day due to strikes.
Slightly disappointed with the tree also not as full as the picture suggests no matter how much fluffing you do. I prefer a really heavy full tree this isn’t that if it wasn’t for the excitement of my foster children it would be going back.”
“Honestly the tree is stunning, looks way better in real life than the picture i uploaded. I'm so happy about my purchase. I wanted the 7 foot one, contacted customer services and till now, no-one has responded, over 2 weeks ago which is a shame. The customer service really needs to be looked at that's why I'll only give 4 stars rather than 5”
