“My tree took about 7 weeks to get here and when i put it together the lights don't work!!! I have emailed WeRChristmas about this several times and messaged them on social media accounts including instagram and on their website and NOBODY has got back to me. I paid a lot of money for a pre-lit tree only to find that the lights do not work on it and they can't even have the decency to reply or hlep me. I contacted the telephone number and a voice message answers and puts the phone down. I was so looking forward to putting an amazing review on here as it is a beautiful tree....but I have had to buy lights to out on it, which totally defeats the object of buying a pre-lit one that you can now see all the wires on!!”
“I finally decided to buy an artificial Christmas tree and after several hours of looking for our perfect tree I made my purchase.
The only negative is that after ordering it gave no delivery date and I was not able to get hold of anyone, either via email or phone which made me worry that I may have been scammed. However, within four days of ordering I received my perfect tree and the family love it. It was easily assembled and is everything we hoped for. Very pleased with it.”
