“I pre-ordered my tree but it did not arrive on the stated date so I called their customer services team. I got straight through to a charming lady who explained that their suppliers had been delayed because of the pandemic and gave me a new delivery date. I received three progress emails and the tree was delivered on the new date as promised. I was delighted with it! It comes in a great box which will serve to store it in for years to come. The lights are a lovely warm white and have six different settings. I can't believe we got it for £55. A similar one at our local garden center had half the lights and only one setting and cost £75! I was so happy I decided to buy a box of 50 baubles to deck it out with. Again, absolutely delighted! Delivered within two days, great packaging, lovely quality and colours, could not be happier.
