“This tree is probably my favourite ever Christmas purchas! It is very easy to put up and is simply stunning! I never thought I could justify spending so much on a Christmas tree but it is honestly worth every penny, I didn't want to ever take it down, It is very sturdy aswell and managed to withstand my cats climbing it without falling or being damaged! I would thoroughly recommend this tree to anyone wanting a tree that's unique but still elegant.”
“I won't even give you 1 star your service is fucking ridiculous,what a joke of a business will never ever use again an will never recommend anyone to use you,you advertise 4 to 5 days delivery time,just over a month it took,but by that time it was to late,I emailed God knows how many times to find out whats going on,then same again asking to give me a refund an I've had no reply,an still no refund,”

“I waited nearly 8 weeks for the tree and the communication from yourselves was absolutely appalling. I had to email for updates and when i was eventually given an estimated time scale by a member of staff I would them receive another email from a different member of staff giving me a completely different time scale (a later date)
And then you just completely ignored my emails and when I tried to ring the number it wasn’t in use!
So i would score the tree itself a 4/5*
And I would score the company a 1/5*”
