“I waited nearly 8 weeks for the tree and the communication from yourselves was absolutely appalling. I had to email for updates and when i was eventually given an estimated time scale by a member of staff I would them receive another email from a different member of staff giving me a completely different time scale (a later date)
And then you just completely ignored my emails and when I tried to ring the number it wasn’t in use!
So i would score the tree itself a 4/5*
And I would score the company a 1/5*”

“It’s such a lovely tree, it’s doesn’t need any decorations as it really does look good on it own. Had lots of compliments so 5*
The company how ever I didn’t think a lot off, poor communication and waited well over the original delivery estimated date. Would be hesitant to order from the company again. 3*”
