“Pretty, but as mentioned previously mentioned it is not as full as the photo and this one is over flocked. Tub does not have cover on top of pot like another tree previously purchased. The top of tub is sharp and I cut my finger lifting it out of box. Because there is no top, you can see lump of cement which base of tree is put into, this isn't attractive. Disappointed as my previously bought tree were fantastic.”
“My tree, ordered on 07.12.2000 was delivered yesterday. This is ridiculous I should have ben warned pof the delay on ordering. We have not bothered to open it as it seemsirrelevant now and when we do, just before next Christmas it will be too late to complain or return. We could not return it anyway as we have been structly shielding due to ill-health.”
