“Smooth booking process but was sent the wrong item. This was quickly resolved and the correct item was received the next day, as well as free courier pick up for the wrong item. Customer service was good. The tree arrived well packaged but some of the player of Paris holding it in the square put had broken up into little pieces so we will have to add some more when it comes out for Christmas.”
