“I ordered this about 2 weeks before Christmas and paid extra for next day delivery. When it hadn't even been dispached after a few days I emailed to ask if it was going to be dispatched in the next few days as I OBVIOUSLY wanted it before Christmas.... no reply. I then emailed again about a week before Christmas as it was still showing as not yet dispatched... no reply again! So about 3 days before Christmas (still not dispatched) I emailed and asked them to cancel my order as it was too late... again no reply. Then about a week after Christmas I got an email to say it has been dispatched. So it arrived in the new year and to be honest its a bit shabby and not at all like the picture. I've not sent it back as I'm pretty sure it will be a battle to get a refund because brain customer service is so appalling. So I wouldn't ever order off them again.”
