“Purchased this item November 29th, plenty of time for Christmas. The item itself is perfect, exactly like the picture. However, I've given my rating based on the company, they are awful. I didn't receive the item until December 31st, despite numerous attempts at contacting them via phone and email, there was no communication at all. Had to go through Pay Pal with a transaction dispute before getting a message saying it had been despatched a week before Christmas (it hadn't). Then from nowhere after giving up got a message from Hermes on December 30th saying they would deliver the next day. So the product I would highly recommend, the company i wouldn't.”
“Lovely looking wreath, but when I opened the box one part of the decoration had fallen off. Another part has falllen of since hanging it on the door.
Also it arrived later than expected, but was probably due to it being the holiday season.”
