“It took 9 days before we received our tree. On Web site stated delivery within 2-3 days. Contacted company several times by email and phone and never received any correspondence. If we had read reviews prior to ordering we would never have placed an order with this company. However when tree did finally arrive we were really pleased it was described on website.”

“It is a gorgeous tree, It really doesn’t need a mountain of decorations so the setting up only took max half an hour I ordered the Douglas spruce and it does look real. The only negative is I did have to wait a long time for my order. Which given it’s a family business is understandable. Would of appreciated a couple of update emails on what was happening just to put my mind at rest”
“Bit wary of buying a tree online but I really do love the Douglas fir. Go for the 7ft one if u can. Also as someone else posted, weRChristmas are quite hard to get hold of for a delivery date but once the tree arrived, I was a happy bunny.”
