“These are most certainly waterproof in the worst conditions Dartmoor can throw at me. However, they are not breathable, so a small amount of moisture can be expected inside, especially when riding hard and building up a sweat. The extra length in the leg is useful so the ankle doesn't ride up your shin when pedalling. The adjustable Velcro keeps water out of my waterproof boots.”
