“Really disappointing experience. Used Westbrook cycles for the first time on this occasion. Bought Garmin online and since it was not marked as dispatched 3 days from purchase, I decided to email and ask on update. The person I emailed with said it was out of stock and they are expecting delivery from supplier within next 2 days. 4 working days later, I decided to email again. The message I got back was that the delivery was postponed to a week later. I understand that these things can be out of control but lack of communication was dreadful. That's what usually happens with these shops-they just ignore online customers and can't update on stock availability quick enough.”

“Easy to use straight from the box, quick set up, on to the bike and out for its first ride. Lots of information to check out my routes, speed, heart rate and cadence. I can now drill down to each segment of the ride. Now all I need to do is get fit.”
