“It is what it is (an annoyingly non-standard size of seat clamp). The five stars are for the rapid delivery of the items to me in Canada. No one over here could supply one. You stepped up and I’ve got some more riding done before the snow stops play. Thanks!”

“I needed to replace the clamp for my Canyon Ultimate. The ones supplied by Canyon were £25 + p&p and took 7-10 days to arrive after it had taken a week for their support to confirm the one I needed. A quick look on Westbrook and I found the right size, about 1/3 the cost, ordered it and had it within 2 days. I was back on my bike in no time. Very pleased.”
