“Ordered some new bearings They went miss ,so westbrooks said they would upgrade the bearing to hybrid ceramic 6802 and what I got was unbelievable one bearing was an old used bearing in the box , the othere bearing was new but none were the bearings i payed for or was promised for a upgrade And then they said the upgrade hybrid ceramic 6802 was out of stock so they refunded me my money but on there web site the hybrid bearing was in stock and waiting in the wear house ???”

“Having used westbrooks several times before this time the service has been the poorest I've have had from any shop never mind a bike shop I ordered a pair of bearings after a week they hadn't arrived so emailed Westbrook they rang my with in 20 mins of sending the mail I thought great , the lad on the phone was apologetic and said my order had gone missing and he would upgrade my bearing for free and send them out for next day delivery , so I was ok with that then it all went down the pan Instead of the next it end up being 3 days when the bearing came one was an old used bearing in a box the other was an new bearing but none of them were the upgrade bearings or the bearings I ordered in the first place I email with westbrooks with photos of the used bearing and the new one , they refunded my money and said I could keep the bearings that are no go to me one needs binning as it was a used bearing and the othere is cheap , they said could not soruce the bearing that they were going to upgrade me as it was out of stock with but on there web site hybrid ceramic 6802 bearing was in stock in the wear house ???”
