“I ordered the product in good faith. Later after the purchase I was informed they didn’t have the item and needed to order it from there suppliers. Hence an unexpected delay. This was not mentioned when I ordered. I am off to France next week and was hoping to have the item fixed to my bike. This now seems unlikely. I hope this explains more poor and disappointing rating.”
