“I was looking for a Scott Spark when I stumbled across Westbrook Cycles page and a fantastic offer of a 2016 Spark 700 Ultimate reduced from £8,995 to £3,500! They even had in in a range of sizes. I'd never used Westfield before, but this was exactly what I wanted and at such a great price I Phoned up. Westbrook were helpful from the very start, agreeing to dispatch the bike to arrive two days later when I said I could be at home. The bike arrived as promised and was well packaged plus easy to set up. I was very impressed with the Spark - a beautifully specked bike and so light. Having had a brief ride locally, I was setting up for a trail ride when I made the mistake of trying to connect an old PC (my mac is modern but not my pic) to the Shimano Di2 system. I messed it up and the electronic suspension control would not function. I Phoned Westbrook and spoke to Thomas. He has extensive knowledge on the Shimano Di2 system and is really helpful. He did what he could, but I had messed up the system and we agreed that he would have to reinstall firmware at a workshop. Westbrook picked up the bike the following morning, repaired and returned it two days later - magnificent! They kept me informed, telling me when the bike had arrived, then again to say it was done and being dispatched. They use DPD as a courier - a good choice as they also keep you well informed. Let me say that my experience with Westbrook is like using a local bike shop. Have no fear, Westbrook are an excellent company to deal with. The Spark 700 Ultimate is superb, I went out and smashed my Strava times no problem!”

“Awesome bike blisteringly quick agile and in a league of its own . That's why Scott have been leaders in carbon bikes for well over a decade . It maybe a xc bike but can handle a hard trail with complete ease . And will put most trail bikes to same . This bike is really that good .”
