“Only recommend if you buy retail. Westland use Parcelforce who don't operate as a normal delivery company. They allegedly rang the doorbell when attempting delivery and although we were home they took the parcel back to the depot without leaving a failed delivery card. I requested a re delivery to the local post office but they were unable to do this a the parcel had to be delivered to the house and a signature obtained. Requested a morning delivery so I didn't have to stay at home all day. Finally delivered at around 2pm and the driver did not want anyone to sign for the package. Don't have this trouble with Amazon who leave parcels in a safe place. Will not buy from the website again.”
