“I had previously ordered this product and had been satisfied with the actual product. I then placed a second order, only to be inconvenienced of the product being back ordered. It took 12 days just for my order to ship. On top of the inconvenience of the order taking such a long time to ship, when inquiring about the order I was met with a rude response. When I further inquired about the rude response, this was justified by the company owner. I was planning on becoming a regular customer and did suggest to some friends and relatives the use of the product. But, because of the very unfriendly and rude manner in customer service which I was met with I will now be taking back my enthusiasm about this product. Number one fact to remember when dealing with the public is to be polite and cordial when having to conduct customer service. Please be aware that if there is a problem and you try to voice your concern it will be met with a rude and stuck up manner and nothing will be done to satisfy an unhappy customer.
