Hi Sandrine, thanks for the feedback! It stinks you didn't get a chance to try the product. As you know, our shipping details listed on the site note that we have to wait 14 business days for some packages to arrive. And in extremely rare cases, things go a bit sideways with the mail after we ship out a product. If we could change that, we would in a heartbeat! For deliveries where timing is super important, there is always express (with tracking) as a relatively cheap option. :) However, our team was happy to help you through the process, and find a solution for you!
