I apologise that you have had a bad experience.
As per our Terms and Conditions we advise that any damages that occur to items is reported within 48 hours of delivery. On this occasion we were contacted 6 weeks after delivery, again referring to our Terms and Conditions as the damage was not reported within the time period we are unable to resolve anything.
