Colour temperatures simply refer to the shade of white emitted by a lighting product, based on the perceived warmth. It’s measured on the Kelvin Scale. The first option is Warm White (3100K). It appears very close to the shade emitted by conventional halogens, with its soft and relaxing hue. The other option is Cool White (6000K). This is much brighter than the warm, offering an icier, more penetrative light that’s ideal for large, open areas. Go Green With LEDs LED lights have many advantages over the alternatives. One of the more topical reasons as to why they’re better is their environmental benefits.
