“Poor customer service!!!! Thursday Ordered TWO 1m Dual Colour LED Strip Light Kit £72 each, (could get cheaper elsewhere) but this was the only company that stated on their website next day delivery. I called to make sure this was the case and was assured that they would worse case Saturday morning. This was fine as I needed them for Monday, I received ONE on Wednesday.
Monday I called customer service and was told I would get them that afternoon.
Wednesday when I received ONE I was told that they would have to check CCTV before issuing a refund!!!

Thank you for your feedback.
I apologise for the experience you have had with us, it is not what we want our customers to experience. I also apologise for the miscommunication between yourself and my colleague, all strip lights take 2-3 working days on top of delivery. Although that does not excuse the miscalculation of the amount of tape that you order, we would have sent out the missing item to you on a next day service however I believe it would not arrive in time.
We have a process that entails us to check all of the footage if there are missing items in a delivery before we proceed with a resolution, after which was checked and the items were returned back to us we issued a full refund to yourself.
Again I am truly sorry for the experience you have had, if there is anything we can do for you in the future do not hesitate tog et directly in touch.
