“Disaster dealing with Wled. Placed order on Wednesday for next day delivery. Nothing on Thursday, on Friday I called and the goods hadn't been dispatched. I agreed order would be cancelled. On Friday evening I got tracking email so they'd decided to send rather than cancel as agreed. Monday nothing arrived, Tuesday nothing arrived, called again and confirmed order was cancelled, they said they'd spoken to Fedex etc. On Wednesday one of two packages arrived, WLED still haven't contacted me. Fedex don't know where the 2nd package is.
I have suggest to WLED they remove the 'all orders are being shipped normally' banner on their website and replace with something more accurate. I also suggested that they might want to contact customers when things go wrong and if they commit to doing something like cancelling the order, they should actually do it. Whilst I understand couriers can let people down WLED haven't really helped and could have handled it far better.
UPDATE: have the lights up now, they seem good, frames are pretty basic construction and two lights had small dinks on the corner. They are bright seem to have a approximately 6K colour temp so I'm happy with the product.”
