Please note that this product will be backordered until 30th November 2021. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. It’s time to throw out your old T5 fluorescent tube lighting and replace it with our energy efficient 5ft T5 LED Tube Light. Built by industry leaders Mirrorstone Lighting, you will need to remove your existing fitment completely – switching off the mains, disconnecting the fitment and replacing it with your new T5 LED tube. Once powered and hooked up to 240V mains, it shines with 1200 lumens, using just 20W in the process. Your old fluorescent tube would suck up 120W just to keep up with the performance of our LED tube. A colour rendering index (CRI) of 80 means that your objects appear very close to how they would as if they were under natural light. It spreads this light across an 180o beam angle, ensuring the entire room is illuminated well. It will keep up this incredible performance for up to 50,000 hours too, giving you well over 15 years of use! Introducing OMNIPower The new and improved OMNIPower range delivers a highly efficient tube light that brings incredible energy-efficiency. Delivering more lumens-per-watts than ever before, these have a wider beam angle to ensure that every last nook and cranny is lit to its fullest. What Are Colour Temperatures? You get to pick what kind of colour temperature you would like your tube light to shine with when you buy it. Colour temperature is simply a measure of how warm a light is perceived to be, with Kelvins as the unit of measurement. The 2 options are warm white (3000K) and cool white (6000K). Which one you choose will largely depend on where you’re planning on using the tube light, and what kind of effect you would like. Warm white appears very close to conventional halogens in terms of shade, and helps create a relaxing atmosphere. This is perfect for the living room or bedroom. Cool white is a lot brighter and harsher than the warm, and is much better suited to the kitchen, office or warehouse. What Are My Alternatives? If you find that 1600 lumens is too much – maybe your room is quite small – then you might be better off choosing our 3ft T5 LED Tube Light. It uses half the power of our featured tube at 10W, and shines with 710 lumens. Otherwise, it retains the 180o beam angle and CRI of 80, so you’re still getting the same quality of light. You should take a look through all our T5 LED tube lights as we have a wide variety of sizes and brightness’s to choose from. We also have a wide range of T8 tube lights to choose from if you have T8 fitments installed, so it is worth checking them out too. Why Should I Use LEDs? LEDs come with many advantages over their competition. As far as tube lights are concerned, our LED variants boast zero flickering, complete silence, and they come on instantly. They will also save you money too, as they are so energy efficient. This is because they lose 10 times less energy to heat when compared to non-LEDs – just 10% of their energy. Your...

These were used in my loft space. Slim, elegant and easy to power up. Really need longer power cable. Best thing since sliced bread. 2x5ft and 1x4ft, 3 led tubes for £50. Cannot ask for more.

It bounced on a tiled floor and still worked! The clips are a bit flimsy, they do work but you need something to clip on and hold firm if not properly aligned on an uneven ceiling. Also l think the electric cable should be longer, it would add little to the cost. The actual wire is very thin and you can easily lose 3 cm in stripping them. Very nice to have immediate light instead of start-up wait for fluorescent it replaced.

For such a small tube they give a much better light in my workshop than the old fluorescent ones. So good I'll be putting them in the garage next.
