With an energy consumption of just 4.5 watts, this GU10 80 LED is the perfect low energy replacement for your halogen GU10's. Use them in your existing GU10 (240v) fittings and enjoy huge energy savings.
Each GU10 80 LED features a cluster of 80 super-bright LEDs and offers a light output equivalent to a 50 watt halogen bulb (400 lumens). The bulb offers a beam angle of 60 degrees and is available in both warm and cool (daylight) white. Warm white (3,000K) gives a soft, orangey-yellow glow, while cool white (6,000K) is a clear, sharp light. To learn more about colour temperatures, please refer to our colour guide.
This GU10 LED is slightly longer than a traditional halogen, so please make sure it fits before you buy!
GU10 LED Bulbs typically use 90% less electricity and last many times longer than their halogen counterparts, making them a very cost effective lighting solution. Also, unlike standard energy savers, GU10 LED Bulbs don't contain mercury and come on instantly.

“I've tried a lot of LED bulbs and I'm very, very impressed this particular type. The light they generate is closest thing I've found to the 50W halogen equivalent in terms of beam angle, brightness and colour temperature. More of these please!”

“A lot of new build go for GU10 50W halogen spoltlights throughout. Looks great but when you do the calculations, roughly a quarter of your electricity bill can be attributed to using halogen spots, if you have them in every room. Not only do the LED equivalent use just a tenth of the electricity but they also last a few years longer (so you are not constantly buying and replacing blown bulb). The GU10 80 LED Warm White is the best equivalent I've come across and be assured, they are just as bright (if not slightly brighter) than a 50W halogen GU10.”

“Excellent advice over the phone and speedy delivery. I now have 9 x GU10 4.5W shining in my kitchen rather than 9 x 50W halogens. I am glad that I ordered Warm White as the light is noticeably whiter than the halogens. The 80 LED's look great and the good news is that the steel cosmetic rim that was clipped over the previous halogen bulbs also fits over these LED units. One unit arrived with some LED's not working and was sent back for replacement - excellent service in whisking the replacement back to me within the same week - thank you. I can thoroughly recommend changing over to LED's - initial costs are of course higher than standard halogen bulbs, but good potential savings over time. I will now be looking at other areas in the house to convert over to LED lighting.”

“Been trying to find something to replace Halogen 50w GU10s in my home office. Tried 35W LED but just not bright enough for what I want. Retail shop said they did not stock 50W LED replacementss as too expensive ( showed me catalogue where they were £26.99 retail!). Found these via Google search and decided to try them even if they did seem to be too cheap. They arrived in next to no time and took a few seconds to fit. They are just fantastic, my wife loves the light as well, and I will now be buying them to replace all GU10s in my house. .”
