With a power consumption of 3.3 Watts, the non-dimmable 80SMD GU10 LED bulbs will swap straight over from your existing halogen GU10s. Similar LED lights are filled under the GU10 spotlights range. Over there you can find both dimmable and non-dimmable.
What Makes It Right For You
Every 3.3W GU10 bulb comes with 80 separate high power 3528 Surface Mounted LEDs, providing a high brightness level with a milky cover to it making it the perfect replacement for any 50W GU10.
The output on the 80SMD is 400 Lumens, which is accompanied with a 120° beam angle has 3 variations of colour available. Like all of our GU10s the 80SMD comes in Warm White (3000K) which is a soft white, similar to the colour that you would get on an old style halogen GU10. It also comes in a Cool White (6000K) which is a clear, crisp white, generally used in offices and other working environments.
Alongside our 27SMD and 7W COB , this GU10 bulb is available in Daylight (4000K) which is a middle ground colour between the Warm White and Cool White, generally this is used in kitchens, sometimes bathrooms and it can also be used in office spaces. “I purchased 10 of the GU10 80SMD (8 for the kitchen) and they have made a fantastic difference to the light and the switch on response compared to the previously installed CFL. I was getting really frustrated with the slow lighting up response of those lights and I am very impressed with effect the cool white light has had to the visual feel of the kitchen. “Good quality, appearance and light output to the bulbs. Free delevery was speedy (within 48 hours). However, they are a fraction (1-2mm) wider than the standard GU10 they replaced and were too wide for 2 out of the 3 types of recessed light fittings I have. Luckily, I only ordered 5 and have managed to use these.”

“Like most people, I am having to watch the pennies at the moment and that is only going to get more challenging in the future, so when someone suggested swapping my 3x50w bulbs in the kitchen for LEDs it seemed like a good idea. I did a lot of research and initially thought perhaps it was a false economy as they seemed much more expensive compared to eco type bulbs. But having spent sometime reading about the G10, particularly the reviews for Wholesale LED Lights, I decided to make the investment. Free delivery, awesome! They arrived the next day, actually caught me out as I hadn't warned my neighbour as I didn't think it would be that soon. Very easy to fit and I love the warm light, really complimentary to the kitchen. BUT the best thing is that on my electric monitor thing (from a large gas company ;0)) it doesn't register using any power!!!! I know it is, obviously but it must be such a small amount for the time I have them on, that it not showing on the meter. So really pleased I chose Wholesale LED, professional and efficient service and good quality product, many thanks. Now all I need to do is work out what LED bulbs I need for other things so I can change those as well ;0).”
