This PIR motion sensor switch is available in both white and black and has a professional look while enables a connected light to switch on automatically when motion is detected. Taking into account this particularity, if used massive savings in electricity bills can be made.
Perfect for use with one of our standard LED floodlights, this PIR motion sensor is suitable for spaces such as hallways and public places requiring lighting considering the activity around.
This has a time setting from 10 seconds to 7 minutes and a maximum load of 1200w/300w. Its detection range is 12m when installed at the maximum height of 3m.

“Works great but back plate (with very small seal) doesn't allow for an uneven surface ie. Brickwork. So be aware if it's to be mounted fully exposed to the elements some additional mounting may be required..”

“Good sturdy sensor. Easy to install . A single connector block inside and plenty of room for the wires. Once wired it clicked easily together with a single retaining scew. Also both time and lux settings were easy to turn and set”

“Small and neat device, relatively easy to fit, however I had to modify it slightly. The cable hole isn't big enough to get two cables (power in from mains, power out to light) so I had to enlarge that and make another hole in the case. Also the documentation (such as it is) suggests the wiring block has four ports (live in, neutral, switched live out and earth) but the block supplied didn't include an earth port, so I replaced it with a four-port version (there is room to do so). Big test of these items is longevity - this device replaces a different motion sensor I've had for about four years which has now stopped working properly. Only time will tell...”
