COPPER 1911 PISTOL GRIPS SHIPWRECK PATINA GOTHIC SCROLL
This grip series features our take on the popular copper jewelry finish "Shipwreck".. a patina based finish that takes several hours to create, then received a hand rubbed finish to bring out the glow of the copper and varying hues of the patina. Called shipwreck, as it replicates the look of ancient copper/bronze after centuries under the sea! Each set will be unique as the patina process cannot be duplicated exactly. Each set will show similar hues and colors but will still be completely unique. We show two sets to illustrate how each set will be unique.. show different levels of color or pattern. We do our best to show each set in natural light, and try to add video to help convey the look. However, we have no control over the lighting, or your computer screen color variation, so please keep in mind that color will vary based the light it is viewed in!
Our Gothic Scroll 1911 pistol grips art was created in house by artist Kade Strange. The grips are machine solid copper, with our art deep engraved into the metal. Solid Copper grips have more weight than our aluminum, wood or G10 grips, and while heavier, do soak up more recoil.
Fitment: 1911 Fullsize standard frame w/ ambi safety fitment. Pictured on a Dan Wesson TCP 1911. Grips are pictured with our exclusive Black PVD 1911 Blue Opal gemstone grip screws, not included but available if you follow this link: 1911 Custom grip screws
Our 1911 sets are made to fit a wide variety of 1911 fullsize handguns from all the manufacturers. We show the grips mounted to actual guns, with our custom screws so you can visualize how the finished package will look on your favorite 1911 pistol. Not sure what you need? The pair pictured on the website was not available. So Ed ran another batch targeting the look I wanted and delivered a fantastic pair of grips!
