CUSTOM GLOCK SLIDE PLATE PURE SILVER HANNYA GEN 5
Our Glock slide plates are designed and made in house as 3 dimensional sculptures. Inspired by the Japanese swordsmiths and artists who created the jewelry like fittings like Menuki for their treasured weapons, we created these pieces to serve the same purpose. Functional art. Each Glock slide plate is hot cast in 925 Silver, then hand fit & finished right here in Flint Michigan. This part is true 925 solid silver. It will patina, and can be polished with a polish cloth.
Installation in your slide is as simple as removing your factory part, and replacing with our drop in version. If you are not familiar with the process on how to remove this part, please seek help from a gunsmith, or watch our video below which explains the installation process.

“The peice is amazing in artwork and attention to detail, unfortunately it came in out of spec and does not fit my gen 5 pistol and so I'll have to modify it, I don't mind this personally, it will just take some work with a file, but as it's not to spec I unfortunately cannot recommend it's purchase.”

Hello... We make our parts to a much tighter tolerance than most aftermarket, but they are certainly within spec and install without modification. Every single plate made in our USA facility is hand finished, and part of that process is installing the part into a Glock gen 5 then a full function check. To stress this, let me repeat... Every part is installed into a stock Gen 5 Glock, function checked, then removed before it ever goes into stock for a customer. It does fit. However, we do warranty our parts to fit with other aftermarket companies or home modifications. Due to the wide variety of aftermarket parts out there for the Glock and their tolerances, we ask that customers ask for assistance before modifying one of our parts to fit with some other companies aftermarket parts. Sadly this customer did not email us, did not ask us for assistance, or even make us aware he was having an issue before deciding to modify our part.
