“Packing was terrible. Hat was loose in the box with collar no longer attached. Box was slighty crushed on the top (from stacking other packages on it). Fortunately, the hat survived. The band is too big and only glued in a couple of spots. Easy to fix, but not really acceptable for an $85.00 hat.”
