They had it cheaper than the other sites, but I was nervous ordering from an online place I wasn't familiar with.... so I found a couple of reviews online that sounded good and went ahead and ordered it. Willow Lane was extremely professional. Emails notified me right away, that it had been completed, then shipped, and tracking, and it even showed up a day earlier than projected which was less than a week from the initial order time. then they followed up by email to see if everything was fine.

“This hat looks great, fits me perfectly (I'm a large in most hats) and shipped quickly. My only ding would be that somehow in shipping one side of the brim is curved more than the other and no amount of tinkering seems to fix it.”
