“Installing the unit was not too bad , but I am an electrician so being used to going in attics and drilling holes made it alot better. I have 2 bars on my phone in my yard and I live in a steel framed house and it causes alot of cell phone problems I had bought a Wilson repeater about 5 yrs ago and it helped but had quit working. I bought this system and it did not help at all, I know we are more than 5 miles from a tower. Spent over an hour moving the ant. all around and can get 2 bars inside my house but it does not show any UL OR DL bars. So this did not help me at all. I paid right at $1300.00 for it so am disappointed but am sure other places it works ok.”
“Had Wilson DT model about ten years old with dropped calls and poor signal. Had Wilson pro plus 70 installed and made a great difference. Went from 1-2 weak bars to 3-4 good bars. Even two bars with no dropped calls now. Very pleased with Wilson Pro 70 Plus.”
“Equipment was received timely as promised. It well packed in order to prevent damage. Instructions were clear and installation was easy. However, I receive substandard to poor equipment performance. I phoned the only number provided for technical advice. It seemed my call went through at leased three switching stations before finally connecting with what sounded like an answering service. No one was available to help. I provided my name and contact information and received a promise of a call back. I'm still waiting for technical support and I am beginning to feel I may have made a $1,200 mistake. Frustrated - Mel Johnson”
