“My kids called our house a black hole (no to occasional signal.) the 470101 works as advertised, even in the basement. House is a 2 story. I put the inside antenna in the center of the 1st story. Note the instructions say to place it 20 ft. vertically or 50 ft. horizonally from the outside antenna to stop feedback. So run the cable (2 - 30 ft.) thru a window to make sure it will work. I have an iPhone 6 and found the signal strength on it to be very unreliable. We use TracFone as out carrier.”

“Installed the booster and had very spotty improvement to the existing reception. Contacted customer service and the sent me an upgrade for the outside antenna with instructions to shift the outside panel antenna to replace the little black interior antenna. This improved reception significantly. Great customer service to resolve reception issues but not sure why they didn‚Äôt send the replacement antenna to start with? Working fine now.”
“Very happy with my Home 4G. It is being used to boost the verizon jetpack inside a metal building for internet access before which I had no service most of the time. The one improvement that I would recommend is a waterproof connection between the RG6 and the outside antenna.”
“So we live where there is no access to cable or phone internet. satellite just didn't have good reviews for internet so we decided to go with an unlimited plan through sprint to get our internet. There are only 2 cell towers in range of our home and neither are close by so your not going to get perfect service no matter what but after a quickie install just to see how it works I got better signal and then when I got time and figured out the direction the cell tower was and where I could mount this thing to clear my roof line and get it facing the right direction I am now in the good signal strength range and on occasion I am in the excellent signal strength range. So if you rely on cell service and want better signal this product will do it for you . I was worried about spending $400 and getting mediocre results but it was money well spent.”
