“i have a cabin with no electric. cell phone coverage was zero. i mounted sleek antenna on metal roof and plugged into a portable 12 volt and got 2 bars of coverage.”
“Installation was simple. The cables are long enough to allow for what I needed. I‚Äôm not super happy with the cradle. The spring loaded, top and bottom grip is not the easiest to put the phone in as well as I need to remove my phone case before nesting the phone. Out of the options, this unit toutes an increase of 23 on the signal. I really have no way to track it. Driving in Texas hill country and high planes, I think I get better service, but calls still drop (while showing bars) and many calls are gravelly and robotic sounding. Maybe when I‚Äôm able to bite the bullet and drop $500 on the unit that boosts the signal by 50, I‚Äôll have a better impression. If it has the same cradle, maybe not.”
“Consistently provides an additional one to two signal bars; and in certain remote areas, provides communications where there would ordinarily be none. A must for lone-workers.”
“This product does not work anywhere near as well as the previous Wilson booster I purchased. the previous product work much better because I could add an aftermarket antenna to it but cannot add a different antenna to this one. I would not recommend this booster!!!”
“I live and travel in an area with low to no verizon signal. The drive sleek keeps we connected at least 90 to 95 percent of the time where It was only about 50 percent without it. Just purchased a second unit for my boat.”
“I have now been using this booster for 3 weeks and have traveled from Texas to Indiana to Washington and California and back. I am really pleased with the way it has worked. Would highly recommend to anyone.”
