“Installation quality is great. I did not see a great boost in signal. there is no way to tell other than less dropped phone calls that the signal is boosted. No difference in the signal indicator on my phone, No indication that I am even connected to the booster. It is just on faith?? for the money, I guess I expected more.”
“Overall, I am very satisfied with the kit. I did have a glitch. In the pictures on the website, it showed it mounted on the ladder of a RV. The kit did not include a mount that would permit that. A call to Wilson resulted in no help other than to refer me to the manufacturer, WeBoost. WeBoost said they don't put the kit together, but did look at what the issue was and agreed to send a mount out to me that would connect to the ladder. Contact back to Wilson indicated they will make note of it and work with WeBoost to include the bracket. A second issue was the instructions to put the system together were not clear. Because it was a kit of different components, there needed to be an overall instruction manual. Instead, there were stickers indicating step 1, etc stuck to several of the components. The system works well and I'm pleased with the end result.”
“we camped on an outerbeach in Montauk Ny which has notorious bad cell service. It amplified the signal and allowed us to make take calls plus use our cell hot spot. Its very expensive but it works. If retired I wouldn't buy it for $$ unless I had spare cash, but I need to work so I can amortize it that way. It does draw from the batteries so pay attention to that. Overall very satisfied”
