The only issue I have found is that where I live the High Winds can rip off your poll with the small like brackets they give you. So after the first time, this happened my poll got dented and they sent me a brand new at no charge. Their customer support is awesome to deal with and very polite to make sure you are completely satisfied with their product. Also, I forgot to add is how amazing the product actually works I have absolute no service where I am at most of the time and with this equipment I get 4G
The only recommendation I would make is to find a way to mount the poll more securely to your RV as I did to my latter.”
