The number one key to installing a great cell booster system is ensuring the indoor antenna is not overlapping with the outdoor antenna signal.”

“The signal booster has not yet been fully installed. The shipment came in 2 packages. One from Canada where there was no duties and one from the states because the Canadian supplier did not have all the parts. The shipper, a third company I never heard of from the US had indicated on the label that the contents was a Polo Uniform Shirt instead of the true contents in the package, apparently to save me duties.
FedEx called my wife twice that owed fees for a Polo Uniform Shirt. We thought it was a scam. I called Todd from Wilson Booster twice who said they met their requirements and there was nothing I can do. He did not look into it until I was sent the label from FedEx because I was not going to pay duties for a shirt I didn't order from a company I never heard of (Fulfillment Centre). It took a week for FedEx to send me the info, then I thought I would pay $26.97 and get this package. When the package arrived it was from Willson Booster and I sent a picture to Todd with the label. It was then Todd finally looked into it called the Fullfilment Centre, the shipper and called me that they did this to save me duty.
So, the booster is not fully installed because the installer has moved on to other jobs and I have the remaining parts for the booster in the office.
I would recommend potential customers to go elsewhere. The aggravation is too much.”
“Bought the Weboost office 200 for a customer who wished to use it for 3 offices on 2nd floor and open space on first floor of a steel building approx 2 miles from a small-midsized town. Originally i purchased with 2 inside antenna and an omni outside antenna. This did not boost the signal quite enough, so i had to swap the omni outside for a directional outside. This gave me a final signal boost from -100 down to -70DB. Customer was very happy with finished result.”
