“I misplaced the power supply cable for my signal booster and before I purchased a random replacement cord I wanted to be sure of the voltage/amp requirements for it. Over a weekend, outside of normal business hours, I sent an email requesting this information. Normally I would hope for an answer sometime during the end of the week but on that Monday morning I not only got a response, inside that response was a link to the needed power supply. I placed my order and received the 5V/4.0A power cord that same week. Fantastic!!”
