“It is very nice to have the option of giving an actual gift token with a New Baby or Christening card. Many companies just offer email cards, which is not as personal. The quality of the actual gift token itself was excellent and I have already recommended these tokens to my friends. Also, extremely efficient and quick delivery. Thanks.”

“It would have been handy to be able to purchase the card electronically so that I could email it instead of send it in the post. I felt that $10 delivery fee for a gift card was a bit hefty. I had it sent to me first, to onsend to a friend so that I could attach a personal card. I then realised why delivery was so expensive, because the gift card is so big! I also waited 9 days before following up my order, which I believe was missed in your system. I appreciated the swift action taken to send me the card that day and refund the delivery fee of the gift card.”
