“This is the first time I have bought a factory second from Kathy and Chris, and I could not be happier. In fact, I was surprised that these were labelled factory seconds, as in my opinion there was nothing wrong with them. The sound is amazing, as highlighted on their website, a deeper sound, in likeness of the 'Gregorian Chants' - and it does not disappoint. It is very calming and I love listening to it, in line with all the others I have. Gorgeous. In the end, I will probably end up getting the 6-pipe one as well. The service was great too, and it arrived very quickly. Again, it came with hook and they even threw in a bottle of oil to keep it in top condition. I could not recommend Windsong Wind Chimes - Kathy and Chris enough!”
