“Excellent quality of product which is paramount in making the chimes aesthetically pleasing. The tone is quality as well with beautiful resonance. Not the clangy of other chimes I have heard. Would recommend this product to anyone. My wife loves her present.”

“The service and product that Kathy and Chris provide are outstanding. I recently lost my husband and my daughter her Dad, I bought these amazing windchimes for my daughter. As soon as she opened them up she cried. They hang outside our back door and every time we hear them we feel like my husband is near and he is talking to us. It may just be our imagination but they ring at some very special times. They sound amazing and the quality is outstanding.”

“We bought a Windsong chime (Mikado model) 9 months ago and it has been installed in a spot that is exposed to afternoon breezes. The chime sounds amazing - Beautiful tone and timbre. It has never become tangled even though exposed to some strong winds at times. Our friends comment that it is the best sounding chime they've ever heard. The finish is high quality and we've not noticed any deterioration even though we are close to the ocean and salt air.”
