“My Concerto chimes were purchased in 1998, they have given me great pleasure since then as well our guests, in December 2024 alas the cord showed serious weathering and we removed the chimes, these were returned to Windsong Chimes for refurbishment in February 2025. They did a grand job and once again our chimes are providing us with melodious background sounds. thank you so much. Colin & Janet T”

“Five stars, thank you very much. Fantastic customer service, so prompt and efficient ... its so good to know someone can still do it. Love my refurbed wind chimes and cant wait to put them up. Just need to get to Bunnings to buy another screw as my 4 year old granddaughter "hid" the one that came with my chimes :)”

“It was great to know that an old, much loved wind chime could be repaired and refurbished. Kathy and Chris were great, really good with letting me know what was happening and prompt with getting it done. The result is fabulous and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm looking forward to another 35 years of wonderful chimes.”

“After nearly 9 years of these wind chimes out in the element, it was time to get them refurbished. The service was excellent, the speed of the service was amazing, the replacement parts were gorgeous, and they packaged them up professionally - like new, with hoots and bits and pieces for hanging, and they even threw some extra oil in (overall) to keep them in good condition. They are as new, with my much loved familiar sound. You would not go anywhere else.”
