“After almost 30 years the string on our wind chime gave up the battle and the snails and slaters enjoyed eating the sail which had fallen into the flower bed below. Kathy and Chris responded quickly to our enquiry and posted off the necessary spares across the country with detailed instructions for restringing. The chime is now happily chiming again. Thanks for the efficient and super-friendly service. Rob and Linda”
